Join us on Wednesday, April 9, as the LRA Greater Baton Rouge Chapter proudly hosts the French Settlement High School ProStart students for a special lunch service at Ruffino’s. Under the mentorship of Ruffino’s Executive Chef Patrick Trahan and his culinary team, along with industry professionals from Sysco, these talented students will take over the kitchen and dining room, preparing and serving a three-course lunch for guests. Sysco is generously providing all ingredients, giving students a hands-on opportunity to showcase their skills.
