Taste of Central Louisiana is the Louisiana Restaurant Association Cenla Chapter’s signature culinary fundraiser, taking place Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the Randolph Riverfront Center.

Formerly known as Taste of Mardi Gras, this one-year spring rebrand honors our restaurant partners during Valentine’s weekend while preserving the tradition’s legacy. Guests will enjoy exceptional food and beverages from area restaurants, live entertainment by Nola Dukes, and an unforgettable evening celebrating Central Louisiana’s hospitality community. Proceeds benefit LRA Programs, Children’s Miracle Network, Manna House, Food Bank of Central LA, and River Oaks Arts Square.
