Experience the next generation of culinary talent at the EBR CTEC ProStart Restaurant Takeover! 

Join us on Tuesday, March 31 at Ruffino’s Restaurant in Baton Rouge as ProStart students from the EBR Career and Technical Education Center take over both the front and back of the house. Under the guidance of local Louisiana Restaurant Association members and the culinary team at Ruffino’s, these talented students will prepare and serve a thoughtfully curated three-course lunch, showcasing the skills they’ve developed through their ProStart training and recent competition experience. Guests will enjoy exceptional cuisine and service while supporting the future of our industry. 

Seating begins at 11:30 AM. Tickets are $45 per person and must be purchased in advance. All proceeds benefit the EBR CTEC ProStart program.
